How do I place an order?
Select the product you would like to purchase and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. Your selected item will show up in the cart. You can either choose “CHECKOUT NOW” or continue shopping. Once you are done, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page. You have the choice to continue through the checkout process. If you select the “CHECKOUT” option, you will be asked to complete your Shipping and Payment details. Once you have confirmed these are correct, select “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” and you are done! You will then receive an email with your order details.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order is at least pack of any item.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept SquarePay and GooglePay.
How do I qualify for tax-free status?
To qualify for your tax-free status, simply email ecofriendlyprod@gmail.com with a copy of the appropriate certificate and we will verify and qualify your purchases as tax free.

How do I place an order with payment by check?
In order to pay by check, money order, ACH, or wire transfer your order must be over $100 to qualify. Next, add all of your items to your Shopping Cart and proceed through the checkout process. On the Review & Payment screen, click the “Alternative Payment” button. Your order will be placed on hold, and you will receive an email with an invoice and information on where to send the payment. Please do not send your payment prior to placing your order. Once your payment has cleared, the order will be released for shipment. Holding period is not required if a certified check is provided but will still be verified.

How soon my order will be shipped?
Usually, we ship from our storage located in Maryland. Shipping times will depend on the kind of item ordered and item availability. Please contact us for details about estimated shipping time.
Can I pick up my order?
All orders placed through ecofriendlyprodmd.com will normally be shipped to their destination via suitable means. If you are local, you do have option to pick up small orders at your own risk. Photo ID will be required for verification at the time of pick up.
Can I request shipping of my orders to multiple locations?
If you are regular customer and registered with us with multiple addresses on your account, you will have an option to request your order be shipped at more than one location sometimes at additional cost.
How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?
With a few exceptions, all regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Not all “Special Order” products or products shipped directly from the manufacturer can be returned.
How do I return an item?
To create a return, you can log into your account online, click on "My Orders", then select "Return Items". You can then select the items you'd like to return. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us to create a Return Authorization for you.

Do you offer samples?
We do offer limited quantity of free samples. You will have to pay for packaging and shipping cost or you can pick them directly from us.
