We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders we are unable to fulfill due to product availability, geographic limitations, or compliance concerns.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the quoted price is binding for that order. Bulk pricing, institutional pricing, and contract pricing are available upon request and governed by separate written agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on each invoice or purchase agreement. Standard terms are Net 15 (payment due within 15 days of the invoice date). The Company reserves the right to require prepayment or deposit for new customers or large orders. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 10% per month.

6. Product Information and Certifications

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, certifications, and specifications on this website are accurate and current. However, product availability, specifications, and certifications may change. Buyers are encouraged to request current documentation for compliance purposes. Compostability certifications apply to specific products and composting conditions — we recommend reviewing individual product spec sheets.
